INDUSTRY COMPLIANCE

Innovair Industrial offers comprehensive calibration and certification services to insure that your equipment performs as it should. It is always important that equipment works the way it is intended, but when industry compliance is required, it is critically important that those standards are met. If they aren't, penalties can range from a loss of reputation to legal problems. In welding on structural and pressure applications, if a weld is not done properly because of a problem with a wire feeder or with output, the results can be catastrophic - hence the importance of calibration and certification.

QUALIFICATIONS

We have a long history at Innovair Industrial in calibrating and certifying equipment. Innovair Industrial's technicians ensure that all calibration equipment meets ISO and ANSI certification standards. Our technicians are also trained in the service and testing of most major welding and cutting equipment manufacturers such as Hypertherm, Miller, Fronius, and Lincoln. Their training, in combination with years of experience, make them extremely proficient at ensuring that your equipment is calibrated correctly.

PROCESS

We offer calibration and certification of engine-driven welders, wall-powered welders, and wire feeders. We verify machine output using a load bank and digital multi-meter and use a contact tachometer to verify wire feed speed, with tests being done at several speeds and output levels to ensure accuracy. Once Innovair Industrial's techs have completed testing, they will provide documentation that the equipment has passed inspection and is certified to be used in the field.

Testimonials

“When we need something fixed or replaced, Innovair Industrial gives us a list of options and pricing, they explain how different products work for different applications and the implications, so we can make an informed decision. It helps us improve our knowledge, save costs and make better products.”

Justin D.

“When you work with Innovair Industrial, a company who has everything you could need on-hand and can repair your equipment quickly and properly, you can quote on some big jobs that require a lot of materials and supplies, and knowing you won’t need to send the equipment back if something’s done wrong, it creates a safer environment, saves a lot of time, and helps you grow.”
