Shipping Policy


Innovair Industrial Limited offers free shipping on orders over $150 before tax, with some important exceptions. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, we do not offer free shipping on any order over 30 lbs. In these cases, the shipping fee will be calculated by our Order Desk team and you will be informed by email before the product is shipped.


Shipping Methods


Innovair Industrial Limited offers several shipping options to customers:


  • Pick Up
    • This option is available to customers who are located in the areas in and around Winnipeg, Brandon, and Thompson, Manitoba, Canada. This option is free of charge, our Order Desk staff will send an email notifying you that it is ready to be picked up.
  • Our Truck
    • This option is only available to customers who have an account setup with us and have an established, regularly scheduled delivery time with our drivers. To inquire about setting up a regularly scheduled delivery time with us, please contact info@innovairgroup.com.
  • Best Way
    • Best Way allows us to choose the best shipping option possible for your order. For smaller orders, this means shipping via Purolator. For larger, heavier orders – we will use a courier service to deliver the order safely and efficiently. The shipping fee for these methods of delivery are calculated by our team based on the order size, weight, and distance to destination. We will send you an email informing you what the shipping fee will be before we send the order. Once confirmed, we will email you the tracking information so that you can keep tabs on your order during shipping.


Important Notes


  • Delivery Time’s
    • Although we always make sure to get an order processed as fast as we can, we typically require two business days (does not include weekends) after an order is made to process the order. Once the order has been processed, we will ship the order according to the method chosen. We cannot guarantee the length of time it will take for Purolator or courier services will take to deliver the package after it has left our property.
  • Special Order Items
    • Special Order items are items not currently in stock. As such they will require more time than regular orders to be completed. We will make sure communication is maintained to keep you informed of the status of an order. If you have a question or concern, you can email industrial.ecommerce@innovairgroup.com to obtain more information.
  • PO Box Addresses
    • We do not ship items to PO boxes.
  • Incomplete or Incorrect Shipping Addresses
    • Innovair Industrial Limited is not responsible for returns caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Should these items be returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the payment of all shipping expenses.


Return Policy


Unused items can be returned to Innovair Industrial Limited within 30 days of delivery. Please contact industrial.ecommerce@innovairgroup.ca for any and all return requests so that we can create a “Return Merchandise Authorization”. An RMA is required to complete the return.


  • Acceptable Returns
    • Innovair Industrial Limited will only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, in saleable condition, and have been specifically marked as “Returnable” on the site. We will inspect all returns to ensure that they are in saleable condition when they arrive back to our warehouses. If the items are lost or damaged on the way back to Innovair Industrial Limited, the customer will be responsible for the damage. We encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on high-value items.
  • Restocking Fees
    • Some returns will be subject to restocking fees between 10% and 90%.
  • Damaged Packages
    • Unfortunately, damage during shipping sometimes occurs. If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipping, immediately contact us at industrial.ecommerce@innovairgroup.com with pictures of the damage to the packaging and the item itself. If we do not receive notification of a damaged product within five days after delivery, we will not accept the item as a return.
  • Defective Products
    • Defective products should be claimed through the manufacturer’s warranty.
